Common area & facility management

  • This entails properties that do not generate rental income but owners pay service charge. Management entails collection of service charge and paying the services providers in conjunction with the Property Owners.
  • We ensure all common area equipments are in good working order e.g. lifts, generators, alarm system, and in case of a breakdown in agreement with owners source for quotation for repairs from eligible companies.
  • Ensure timely payments for all services and bills e.g. security, utilities, insurance premiums, rates and ground rent
